Henry Blog Post: Orange Panda Day!

It's Thursday, pandas! Today is Orange Color Day! Today, pandas dress up in their favorite orange attire from head to paw. Today Henry posted on his blog with all the details!

Hooray, Orange Panda Day is here again! Let's turn Pandanda as orange as a Halloween jack-o-lantern by wearing orange Panda Paint and dressing in as much orange as we can get on our furry panda selves! Everyone can buy orange Panda Paint from Fitch at the Clothing Co. on East Market Street.

Orange Panda Day is a great way to start getting yourself ready for the fun of the Pumpkin Festival, which begins next Wednesday, October 17th. During the Pumpkin Festival, Halloween Candy will be scattered all over Pandanda Land for you to collect and trade for super Pumpkin Fest prizes.

During the Pumpkin Festival you can also look forward to some other awesome events:
October 22nd - Ghost Potion Day
October 24th  - Pandanda's 3rd Anniversary
October 27th - Free Elite Member Dy
October 30th - Costume Day
October 31st - Halloween

Pandanda Jester Hat Bug

Recently, Fitch has gotten in a new shipment of costumes at the Clothing Co. Among these items are brand new colored jester hats! Well, today I have noticed that there is a slight bug in them. It seems that if you face a certain direction, they all become the same color. I'll explain it to you. First of all, here are all the hats available.

Now, the thing is that if you are wearing one of these jester hats, they will look perfectly normal on your panda avatar. But, the only problem is that if your panda decides to face forward, it turns gold! Check out this picture of my panda facing different directions, but turning gold when Withyoually and I face the front.

This is so strange! What do you guys think about this? Hope it gets fixed! Comment and let us know!

Pandanda 4th Birthday Item Revealed!

For a while now, a few pandas have been reaching their 4th birthdays, but for a while now, the 4th Birthday Item hasn't been created. Sheriff himself has even said so. But, today, the birthday gift has arrived! Pandanda's Sheriff Steele has been spotted wearing the Fourth Pandanda Birthday Item! Check it out, this year's item are F-O-U-R Glasses!

Pandanda Clothing Collection October 2012

They're finally here! New Pandanda Cothing has made it's way to Fitch at the Clothing Co. and must I tell you, they're very scary! Don't get too scared though, the costumes are nice! Not only that, but if you missed last years, they in all of last year's costumes for you all! Heres what you can purchase this month at the Clothing Co.

Woohoo! Look at all the clothes! Not only that, but check out how much awesome non-member merchandise there is! Now, I'm kind of disappointed that about every single item from last year has been brought back this year but in different colors. Not only that, but all of the jackets released at Launch are back too! I really hope that Pandanda has some new costumes coming closer to Halloween! How do you guys like the clothing? Let us know!

Henry Blog Post: Zing's Third Prize!

As you all know, Zing Ballyhoo has yet another prize! If not, click here to read about it! Well, today Henry has made a blog post informing us all about it along with details of another event on it's way!

Hi Friends! It's Monday, which means Zing Ballyhoo has a new prize for you! This is the last prize he will have before he packs up his tent and leaves Pandanda to travel the world looking for new prizes.

 To get Zing's prize, just collect 10 Golden Tickets that he has hidden all over Pandanda (except in treehouses, of course!) Once you have 10 Golden Tickets, pay a visit to Zing at Tree House Lobby. He will give you a choice of either his prize, or a sack full of coins. Choose carefully, because you can only choose one!

 Mark your calendars for Orange Color Day this Wednesday, October 10th. We want to turn all of Pandanda as orange as a Halloween pumpkin, so make sure you have Orange Panda Paint, and check your closet for all of your orange clothes and accessories! I think Orange Day was the very first Color Day we had in Pandanda, way back in 2010. What a great tradition!

Nice! Can't wait for Pandanda's Orange Color Day! I hope that this year Pandanda might have some new festivities and traditions instead of last years! What are you most excited for?

Pandanda Zing Ballyhoo Mystery Prize #79

 Hey pandas!

Zing Ballyhoo has finally been back for a couple weeks now and today is Monday yet again! Do you know what that means? A new prize!

Here's how you get the new item:

1. Open your map in Pandanda.
2. Click the Treehouse lobby.
3. Click on Zing Ballyhoo.

4. Look for tickets around Pandanda, they pop up like Cans and Fruits do (Note: you can't find tickets in tree's)

5. Once you find ten golden tickets, return to Zing Ballyhoo to receive your prize. (For more instructions, check out our "How to Collect Tickets" Guide.)

This week's prize is........A POW! Background!!

Free Elite Member Day Tomorrow!

Hello Pandas, hope everything is going well and you are enjoying your summer! A lot of new things have been happening around Pandanda these days but we aren't posting them since we are busy and another reason is that henry is posting every single update or event on his blog!

Free Elite Member Day is tomorrow! That means everyone who logs in on Saturday will have full access to all of Pandanda's Elite Membership features for one day! You can use your Pandanda coins to buy anything at the Clothing Co. on East Market Street! Decorate your tree house with furniture from the House & Tree catalog, and unlock your tree house to have friends over! You can adopt a pet dragon from the Pet Shop! And you can even buy a Horse Companion from Questy, if you have reached a high enough Quest Level! 

This event is for one day only starting on Saturday at 12:01am PST and ending Saturday at 11:59pm PST so don't miss out!

*Non-Elite pandas will get to keep all the Elite items purchased Saturday but will not be able to use them after Saturday without an Elite Membership, except on future Free Elite Member Days. Questy’s Horse Companions are Elite items. Dragon eggs will remain in your tree house, and will hatch later in the week.

Make sure to check out the new clothes at Clothing Co., and also remember to collect pineapples since the festival is ending soon and you don't wanna miss the cool summer prizes!

Get Ready for Summer Festival 2012!

Hi Panda Pals!

I hope your June has gotten off to a great start! Many of you are out of school for the summer, and I'm sure you have lots of fun plans for the warm months. Make sure to include lots of visits to Pandanda land in your plans!

Mark your calendars for the annual Pandanda Summer Festival that will begin next Friday, June 15th. There will be more than two weeks of summer fun as you collect pineapples to trade to Kapono for special Summer Festival prizes. Music, decorations, and more will make Summer Festival the place to be!

Celebrate Children's Day With Henry!

Hello there, friends! In many parts of the world, Children's Day is celebrated on June 1st. Even though every day is children's day in Pandanda, let's have a special celebration this Friday!

Join Henry on Friday for dancing in the streets, bunny chasing, ghost hunting, and house-partying! He will be in Pandanda at 3am Pandanda Time, 11am Pandanda Time, and 5pm Pandanda Time on Friday, June 1st. You can click on each of those times to find out when he will be visiting where you live.

How do I get a dragon?

Dragons are one of the most adorable creatures a panda can imagine. From Henry to Skippers, everyone has their own little pet dragon. However, there are many rules to having a dragon in Pandanda. You must care for it and give it all the tender love and care it needs in order to strengthen that bond between you and your new pet. To purchase a dragon in Pandanda, head to the West Market Street and enter the Pet Shop to the right.

Once inside, you will notice the store clerk, Izzy. She is the keeper of everything related to dragons and can help you with just about anything. To purchase a dragon from her, click on her avatar, and then select the "Buy Pets" option.

After you have selected this option, a catalog will appear, offering many different varieties of dragons along with how to care for them. There are eight different dragon colors: Red - Green - Pink - Purple - Blue - Grey - Black  - Yellow. Every dragon is 1000 coins.

After you purchase you dragon, give it a cute name! Your dragon egg will be delivered directly to your tree house surrounded in a nest. You should give your egg love and keep it in a warm place during the incubating and hatching process. An egg warmer comes with every egg purchase. While you wait, you will notice the egg moving, jumping, and even an eye poking out at times. Here is what they may look like.

 

 Now, it takes about a week for this dragon to hatch. Once it's hatched, it is important to keep your little dragon happy and rested so it can grow in to be strong. Over time, as your dragon grows, it will develop new abilities such as flying and breathing fire! Feeding it often, taking it for a walk, giving it "Flint Nibbles" and dancing with it are all great ways to increase the strength and happiness of your dragon. By checking the pet card, you can check the happiness of your dragon!

   

 If you can't deal with your dragon, and you feel sorry for leaving it without food or entertainment, you can return it to Izzy. Go to Izzy, and press on her. Then click on "Place for Adoption , and choose which of your dragons you want to leave.

If you don't take care of your dragon, it will soon hate you and leave your treehouse, so therefore you should take good care of it! It's worth 1000 coins! Hope this guide helps, stay tuned for more Pandanda Cheats!

Pandanda Game Day on Saturday

Hey Pandas, Pandanda have made a Game Day in July, and it turned out to be very successful, and all pandas enjoyed having fun with moderators, as well as gaining Panda Gold in which you can but Vault Space, Horses, and much more!!

All the fun that happened in July will be repeated tomorrow, and here is Henry giving us a reminder!

The first Pandanda Game Day back in July was so much fun, that we decided it is time for another one! So make sure your bunny nets and ghost-catching backpacks are ready to go for your chance to earn lots of coins, and maybe even Panda Gold.

You will have a chance to win Panda Gold from Moderators in games of Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill. The Mods will be hosting as many games as they can fit into their shifts, giving you lots of chances to win Panda Gold. Instead of awarding 25 Gold for 1st place and 10 Gold for 2nd place like they usually do, they will award 250 Gold to 1st place and 100 Gold to 2nd place!

Also, every multiplayer game will award double Coins on Saturday. That means every time you play Pen the Pig, Line 4, Ghosts of Misty Hill, and Bunny Chase, you will receive twice as many Pandanda Coins as you usually do. There is no limit to the amount of Panda Coins you can win!

There is one change for Game Day to the usual rules for Panda Gold games. Normally, the rule is that you can only win Panda Gold once a day. But for Saturday only, you can win more than once a day, but you can only win Gold once from each Moderator.

For example, say you won Panda Gold from Jinxsey. If you play another game with Jinxsey and come in 1st or 2nd place, you can't win any more gold from her. But, if you see another Mod, like Maxxwell, later and play and win a game with him, you CAN win Panda Gold again! Every Mod will be keeping a list of their winners.

One rule has not changed - NO POTIONS! Just use your regular Panda skills to catch those bunnies and ghosts, with no help from turbo or bunny potions. I know everyone will play fairly!

I will be hosting some Panda Gold Games tomorrow, too! I'm planning to kick off Game Day with a visit at 12am Pandanda Time, then at 8am Pandanda Time, then again at 3pm Pandanda Time. You can click on each link to see what time it will be where you live.

Remember, you can only earn Panda Gold from games that a Moderator or I am hosting. We will be traveling around all of the servers, so you might have a better chance of winning if you play on a less-crowded server. Panda Gold games will be available from 7am-12pm Pandanda Time and again from 2-7pm Pandanda Time, but you can earn double coins all day long!

Pandanda Cowboy Hat Color Glitch

Pandanda has been pretty low on glitches in a while but today, I decided to post a glitch no one has really noticed yet. Thanks to amy1995, we have this glitch for you! Ok, for this glitch, it involves the tan polka dot cowboy hat back from December/January-ish catalog.

First, open your backpack and select the Tan Cowboy Hat.

Now, here is the glitch. Once you select the hat, it will be added to your panda, but... it will change color and turn Dark Brown!

That is pretty cool, right? This hat reminds me of someone.. Hmmmm.... Farmer Dan! Check it out!

Could this hat be coming soon? This sort of reminds me of the camera glitch Pandanda had last summer too! What do you guys think of the glitch?

Pandanda 3 Year Birthday Item

Pandanda has been out for a very long time now ever since 2008. With each year your turn on Pandanda, you receive an item for your Pandanda Birthday! Back in August, I noticed that my friend Shef had turned 3 years old! Today, I noticed (thanks to Dogy4) that my friend Shef had finally logged in and received the item, wearing it as well! Here is the 3rd Pandanda Birthday Item!

In this picture, Shef is wearing all 3 Birthday Items as well. Here they are in order:

• 1 Year Old Item - Birthday Cake Hat
• 2 Year Old Item - 2 Shirt
• 3 Year Old Item - 3 Balloon

That item is pretty cool, right? I think it should be shoes or glasses or something but a balloon is pretty cool too! What do you guys think? What do you think Year 4's item will be?

Pandanda is a Malware Distributor?

Hey Pandas,

I'm not sure if you can even read this right now, because our site is blocked for many of you xD
But, Pandanda has been blocked by google for having Malware on their website.

Google Chrome and Safari block Pandanda right away when you visit it, Firefox does if you have a Google Toolbar, so far no other browsers have been reported for getting this alert.

The warnings you are seeing are caused by our hosting company. Pandanda is safe. Your information is safe.

Pandanda is fine. Something in Chrome and Firefox seems to be falsely detecting malware. I have logged in with Explorer with no problem at all. I will have more information for you as soon as I have some to share!

Since Pandanda is down, most Pandanda blogs are down too, because they have some material from Pandanda on them.

Henry Blog Post: Zing Ballyhoo Returns!

Last Saturday, Henry hosted a special party for all Questers who had reached the Level of 50. Many exclusives were revealed, along with many news of what's to come. Henry took plenty of pictures for everyone to see as well! Not only that, but Zing Ballyhoo has returned today! Here si what Henry had to say about all of this and what's to come:

Zing Ballyhoo is back in Pandanda Land! Yeah, he was a little late, but he made it, and that's what matters! Collect ten of the Golden Tickets that he has hidden all around Pandanda, then visit him in the Treehouse Lobby to get your prize. I've already seen a lot of you wearing his first prize. I am very curious to see what his prize theme is this time!

I had a great time visiting with a crowd of pandas at the Level 50+ Party this past Saturday. There were so many dragons flying around that it really slowed the site down! After taking a couple of dragon-back pictures, we all decided it was best to send our dragon companions back to our backpacks, so we could have an easier time typing and chatting.

• Questy IS going to be adding some Quest rewards for Level 75, as well as some of the other high levels later this month. There should be even more around Christmas.

Those are just a few things for everyone to look forward to! And don't forget about Pandanda Game Day coming up this Saturday! Stormy Colors Day!

 Hey Pandas,

Today is Stormy Colors Day! Another regular color day on Pandanda, this time you should dress your panda in gray and black to celebrate! :D

Are you dressing your panda in stormy colors today? xD

Sunday is Stormy Colors Day. Dress in your grey, black or even dark purple Panda Paint, clothes, and accessories and pretend to be a little storm cloud floating around Pandanda. And if you hang out at Misty Hill, where it always seems pretty stormy, you might even run into a Mod who is awarding Panda Gold for catching ghosts!

Pandanda Maximum Questing Level Reached!

Hey Pandas,

Super-Quester Pandas (Panda's who have done every single quest, ever!) have just reached level 75, and to their surprise, Level 74 was THE FINAL level for quests. The Maximum Panda Level is level 75!! :D

As you can see, on my quest log, There is a big purple banner that says that I have reached the maximum level! :D

This is probably the most exciting thing I have ever posted! I am SUPER Happy that quests have finally ended at level 75 for Members, after almost a full year of doing quests, every single day.

I wonder If there will be anything added to the Questy Greybeard for Level 75's, I hope so! :D

Just like level 20 for non members, Elite Pandas can still do quests after level 75, but will not be credited for them with Panda Power.

Thank you Pandanda! :D I am so happy that quests have finally ended! What do you think about this news?

Hey Pandas! Pandanda has come up with a brand new feature at Henry’s Blog. Today, Henry has announced that Pandanda NOW has coloring pages! Check out Henry’s posts.

I’ve had a lot of pandas tell me that they wished Pandanda had some coloring pages. Well, your wish has come true! I’ve just added a brand new Pandanda Coloring Book page to the website. You will find 9 different Pandanda pictures that you can print out and color!

I hope you will have a lot of fun with this new feature! Maybe you will discover that you are an artist as you use your creativity to turn the line drawings into beautifully colored works of art.

September has just arrived, and with October around the corner, Pandanda has some pretty cool returning events planned! Pandanda has just updated the Pandanda Calendar with these spooky and fascinating events for you guys to look forward to! Check it out!
