If you want to check your progress, click the golden ticket icon in the upper right corner under the map icon. You MUST collect 10 tickets in order to claim Zing's prize. Tickets are found all over Pandanda. (A good tip is to collect tickets right after you have claimed your prize so it wouldn't be such a burden trying to collect tickets later on.)
