I think it should be available to nonmembers, i mean the members can't keep everything to themselves. XD Even though i am a member, i believe, in all fairness, nonmembers can have SOME items, rather than nothing except party items.

As a non-member, I think it's cool! But since people PAY Pandanda to become/stay being a member, I think it's kind of stupid of Pandanda to give out so much stuff for no-members.
